Candace Soto

Hi, I am Candace Soto, your dedicated real estate professional with a passion for excellence and a commitment to helping you find your dream home. As a wife and mother of two daughters, I understand the importance of finding the perfect space to create lasting memories with your family. I was born and raised in North Carolina. However, my family and I lived in Florida and Germany, before making our permanent landing spot in Lake Norman. We lived in Germany for 3.5 years, which affords me a global perspective to the local real estate market. My time abroad has not only broadened my cultural horizons, but also honed my attention to detail and dedication to exceeding client expectations. With experience as a real estate assistant, I have gained invaluable insights into the industry, allowing me to navigate transactions with ease and efficiency. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I will guide you through every step of the process with professionalism and expertise. Outside of real estate, I am a sports enthusiast who finds inspiration in the world of athletics. From cheering on The Lakers and The Tar Heels to following the careers of Tiger Woods and Novak Djokovic, I understand the dedication and determination required to achieve greatness – qualities I bring to work with me every day. Known for my personable nature and prompt communication, I am committed to providing exceptional service tailored to your unique needs. With me by your side, you can trust that your real estate journey will be seamless and rewarding. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, I am here to make your real estate dreams a reality. Contact me today and experience the difference of working with a dedicated and loyal professional.
